Hitachi Energy Chile S.A. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for Control, Protection, and Telecommunications to lead strategic service sales, account management, and complex proposals within the power grid sector.

You will collaborate with engineering experts, drive technically compelling bids, and travel to client sites as needed, in a hybrid role with one day per week in the office, focusing on SCADA, protection relays, and utility communications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
• Senior-level experience in sales or business development within the Power Sector or heavy industry.
• Solid understanding of Substation Automation, Protection & Control, and SCADA systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience, including proposals, bid management or tendering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Intermediate English; native Spanish is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sale of specialized services and maintenance solutions for Control, Protection, and Telecommunication systems.
• Manage and grow high-priority accounts at regional and national levels.
• Conduct technical assessments to recommend upgrades aligned with grid reliability needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end preparation of complex bids and proposals.
• Execute sales processes independently with limited supervision.
• Mentor junior professionals and ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal and external regulations.
