Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for Control, Protection, and Telecommunications to drive strategic sales and manage key regional and national accounts. You will work with engineering experts to craft tailored proposals, conduct technical assessments, and lead end-to-end bids.

The role requires a electrical engineering degree, senior sales experience in power or heavy industry, and strong Spanish with good English. Hybrid work with weekly office presence is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Senior-level experience in sales or business development in power sector or heavy industry.
• Intermediate English; native Spanish preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sales of services and maintenance for Control, Protection, and Telecomm systems.
• Manage high-priority regional and national accounts as primary contact.
• Conduct technical assessments to suggest upgrades and solutions for grid reliability.
• Coordinate end-to-end bids and technical proposals, ensuring competitiveness.
• Execute sales processes independently with limited supervision.
• Mentor junior professionals and foster technical excellence.
• Ensure commercial activities meet internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
