Hitachi Energy in Chile seeks a Product Sales Specialist to drive growth by promoting protection, control, and automation solutions for HV substations. You will build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities, collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver energy solutions.

You will develop commercial skills and an international network while contributing to meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical or commercial sales.
• Experience with protection and control equipment for medium- and high-voltage substations.
• Experience selling energy-related equipment and solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work in a hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance during the sales process.
• Prepare and present customer-focused proposals and solutions.
• Lead negotiations and close business opportunities.
• Collaborate with project, finance, and proposal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Drive growth across assigned product lines and territories.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity records.
• Achieve sales targets while supporting profitable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
