Bluelight is seeking an experienced sales professional to own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close, targeting US-based clients for software development and IT services.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline, run consultative discovery, and collaborate with delivery teams to tailor proposals and statements of work. Remote-friendly, with opportunities to network at industry events.

Competenze

• 3+ years in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Consultative sales approach focused on client needs and value.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, comfortable selling to US-based clients.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to qualify challenges and map Bluelight solutions.
• Create tailored proposals, decks, and statements of work with delivery teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers and build trust with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Forecast revenue accurately and meet quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with SDRs and leadership for smooth handoffs and client outcomes.
• Represent Bluelight at events to generate opportunities.
