Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle—from initial conversations to signed agreements—selling software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams.

You will build a healthy pipeline, run consultative discovery, and craft tailored proposals with delivery teams. A consultative, value-driven approach and strong English are essential for success.

Competenze

• 3+ years of B2B sales in a quota-driven role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals.
• Consultative sales approach focused on uncovering client needs.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients via outbound, networking and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery to understand prospects' challenges and value.
• Create tailored proposals, decks and statements of work with teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers and forecast revenue to meet targets.
• Collaborate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs.
