Job summary
Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, is seeking a remote-friendly sales professional to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will engage senior IT leaders, build tailored proposals with our delivery and technical teams, and manage a robust pipeline across US-based clients.
You will need 3+ years in B2B SaaS or software services sales, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and fluency in English.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
- Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Consultative sales approach focused on uncovering client needs and delivering value.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new clients and keep CRM up to date.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand business challenges and map Bluelight solutions.
- Create tailored proposals, pitch decks, and statements of work with delivery and tech teams.
- Engage senior decision-makers including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Forecast revenue and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs.
- Represent Bluelight at events to generate opportunities.
