Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will sell software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams, owning every deal from first conversation to signed agreement.
You’ll prospect, discover, propose, negotiate, and close, building a robust pipeline and engaging senior leaders. Remote work is supported in a fast-growing environment with growth opportunities.
Competenze
- 3+ years of B2B sales in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience selling professional services or SaaS.
- Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals.
- Consultative sales approach focused on uncovering client needs.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and written communication.
- Technical fluency to discuss software/dev and cloud/AI concepts.
Mansioni
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients via outbound efforts.
- Conduct consultative discovery to map client challenges to Bluelight services.
- Create tailored proposals and statements of work with delivery teams.
- Engage senior decision-makers and forecast revenue to meet targets.
- Collaborate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs.
- Represent Bluelight at events to generate new opportunities.
