Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Project Manager for the Southern Cluster, based in Santiago, Chile. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Quality and Regulatory Affairs initiatives across the Southern Cluster within QARA International, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with global strategies.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial, driving governance and audit-ready documentation while upholding J&J Credo values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a regulated or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support implementation of quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across markets.
• Facilitate governance activities and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets quality standards and supports audits.
