Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Project Manager - Southern Cluster to oversee QARA initiatives across the Southern Cluster, coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance in multiple markets.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in regulated environments, strong planning and risk management skills, and English/Spanish language proficiency for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or project management-related education preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in a regulated or matrixed environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, and reporting status to leadership.
• Ability to identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution in a structured manner.
• Experience within Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Device / Healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with global quality systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working across Latin America or multi-country regional structures.
• Exposure to change management or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support implementation of quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering meetings, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets internal quality standards and supports audit and inspection readiness.
• Apply DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson Credo values, quality principles, and compliance expectations in all project activities.
