Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes team in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Project Manager for the Southern Cluster to drive QARA initiatives across multiple markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance across the region.

The role requires 3–5 years in regulated project management, Spanish fluency, and strong communication with leadership. This is a full-time on-site position with regional travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or project management education preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 3–5 years of PM experience in regulated or matrixed environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Spanish required; English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across markets.
• Facilitate governance activities, including steering meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards for audits and inspections.
• Apply Credo values and compliance expectations in all activities.
