Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes' Project Manager - Southern Cluster, Santiago, Chile, leads planning and execution of Quality and Regulatory Affairs initiatives across the cluster. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones, manage risks, and ensure alignment with global strategies while supporting patient safety and business continuity.

Travel is limited regionally, and you will apply Credo values, strong communication, and governance practices to deliver compliant results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or project management education preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 3-5 years of project management experience in regulated or matrixed environment; cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets internal quality standards and audit readiness.
• Apply Credo values and compliance expectations in all activities.
