Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Project Manager for the Southern Cluster in Santiago, Chile. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Quality and Regulatory Affairs initiatives across the cluster, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and alignment with global quality and regulatory strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or project management‑related education preferred (e.g., MBA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support implementation of quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering meetings, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets internal quality standards and supports audit and inspection readiness.
• Apply DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson Credo values, quality principles, and compliance expectations in all project activities.
