Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit in Santiago, Chile seeks a Project Manager to lead QARA initiatives across the Southern Cluster, coordinating across Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

This role requires a 3-5 year background in regulated project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across Latin America. Limited regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or project management‑related education preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience in a regulated or matrixed environment.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Device / Healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support implementation of quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering meetings, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets internal quality standards and supports audit and inspection readiness.
• Apply DePuy Synthes and Johnson Credo values, quality principles, and compliance expectations in all project activities.
