The role requires 3–5 years in regulated project management, Spanish language proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across multiple markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or project management-related education preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a regulated or matrixed environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Languages: Spanish required; English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support implementation of quality system, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering meetings, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets internal quality standards and supports audit and inspection readiness.
• Apply Credo values and compliance expectations in all project activities.
