Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Project Manager for the Southern Cluster in Santiago, Chile. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Quality and Regulatory Affairs initiatives, aligning with global strategies to support patient safety and business continuity.

You will manage cross-functional teams across Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial, ensuring on-time delivery and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
3–5 years of project management experience in a regulated or matrixed environment.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with quality, regulatory affairs and medical device/healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Support implementation of quality, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across markets.
Facilitate governance activities and stakeholder communication.
Ensure project documentation meets quality standards and supports audits.
