Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting a Project Manager - Southern Cluster for Santiago, Chile. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Quality and Regulatory Affairs initiatives across the Southern Cluster within QARA International, ensuring on-time delivery in line with global strategies.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage plans, risks, and governance, support audit readiness, and drive compliance across markets in Latin America.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management in a regulated or matrixed environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Device/Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QARA projects across the Southern Cluster.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Ensure alignment with global quality and regulatory strategies and audit readiness.
• Support governance activities and stakeholder communications.
