Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management in regulated or matrixed environments.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Spanish required; English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Support quality system, regulatory and compliance initiatives across markets.
• Facilitate governance activities and stakeholder communication.
