Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Project Manager for the Southern Cluster, based in Santiago, Chile. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Quality and Regulatory Affairs initiatives across the Southern Cluster within QARA International, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope in line with global strategies.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, with a focus on patient safety and business

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or project management education preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a regulated or matrixed environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global quality systems and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of QARA projects across the Southern Cluster, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans for successful outcomes.
• Support implementation of quality, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project documentation meets internal quality standards and supports audits.
• Apply Credo values and compliance expectations in all activities.
