Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst in Chile to manage the Order Management process and balance service levels with operational efficiency. You will maintain clear communication with internal and external customers, ensuring execution aligns with business and financial goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support the Order-to-Cash flow with accurate information to boost business performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Commercial, Logistics or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations, Demand Planning or related areas in fast-moving consumer goods.
• Experience in Retail and/or consumer goods (CPG/FMCG) end-to-end processes.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash processes and B2B customer service.
• Experience analyzing logistics and commercial KPIs (OTIF, Fill Rate, Perfect Order, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating processes.
• Excellent communication, results-oriented, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Order Management Specialists, ensuring data quality and consistency across the Order-to-Cash process.
• Ensure an efficient supply chain by collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and automation to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Monitor the full customer logistics cycle and identify efficiency opportunities via KPIs.
• Provide operational support to the Customer Service Lead when needed.
