Clorox Chile seeks a CPFR / Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial team. You will connect customer demand, commercial strategy, and supply execution to ensure product availability and drive sustainable sales growth.

You'll monitor Sell-In/Sell-Out, inventory, forecasts, and promotions; translate data into actionable recommendations; support forecasting and demand planning; and collaborate with KAMs, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of CPFR / Sales Operations / Demand Planning experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Experience with major modern trade customers (Walmart, Cencosud, SMU, Tottus) is valued.
• Strong knowledge of Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory, forecasting, replenishment, and product availability.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with retailer platforms and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory, forecasts, and customer purchases for replenishment alignment.
• Identify purchasing gaps, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting and demand planning, linking promotions, launches, seasonality and plans.
• Track indicators like Forecast Accuracy, In-Stock, OTIF, and service levels.
• Collaborate with KAMs, customers, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Trade Marketing on execution.
• Support administrative processes for assigned accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
