Job summary

Clorox Chile is seeking a CPFR / Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial team. You will help plan, monitor, and execute for key accounts while tying customer demand to commercial strategy and supply execution.

You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing in a dynamic FMCG environment, focusing on replenishment and in‑stock optimization across retail partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in CPFR, Sales Ops, Demand Planning or related roles (FMCG preferred).
• Experience with retail customers and Sales teams.
• Experience with major modern trade customers (Walmart, Cencosud, SMU, Tottus) is valued.
• Strong knowledge of Sell-In/Sell-Out, inventory, forecasting and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory, forecasts, and customer purchases to align replenishment with portfolio demand and sales objectives.
• Identify purchasing gaps, risks, and opportunities; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting and demand planning, linking replenishment with promotions, launches, seasonality, and commercial plans.
• Monitor KPIs: Forecast Accuracy/Bias, In-Stock, DOH, OTIF, stockouts, and service levels.
• Collaborate with KAMs, customers, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing to align priorities with execution.
• Assist administrative processes for assigned accounts ensuring timely execution.
