BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT End User Support professional for on-site work in Switzerland. The role focuses on providing prompt IT support to VIP and executive users, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and resolving network and access issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage IT assets, oversee video conferencing equipment, ensure security compliance, and participate in onboarding for new employees. The position requires strong English and German communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in IT support
• At least 2 years supporting executive or VIP users
• Fluent in English and German with strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Provide prompt IT support to VIP and executive users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Log, prioritize, and resolve service requests through the IT service management system; escalate complex issues as needed
• Procure and dispose of IT devices, configure hardware and software, manage video conferencing equipment; ensure security compliance
• Provide one-on-one user training and assist with onboarding; monitor VIP user systems and communicate progress
• Maintain documentation of all activities and generate performance reports; adhere to IT policies and ITSM standards and QHSE manual
