BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company seeks an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in Germany. You will provide first- and second-line support, resolve issues, and keep customers informed about status and solutions.

The position requires German and English fluency, and candidates must hold a valid German work permit. Responsibilities include Windows OS and Office support, printer/hardware troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and maintaining thorough ticket updates.

Qualifikationen

• Valid work permit for Germany.
• Several years of IT experience.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
