• 5+ years IT support experience including VIP users.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS; strong MS Office and video tools.
• Familiar with network troubleshooting and mobile device management.
• Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide prompt IT end-user support to VIP and executive users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices; resolve network and printer issues.
• Log, escalate, and resolve service requests via ITSM system.
• Manage IT assets, configure hardware/software, and ensure security policies.
• Train users, assist onboarding, monitor systems, and document activities.
