Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in Zurich. You will provide first- and second-level support, resolve Windows and Macintosh issues, and work with vendors as needed.

You will maintain ticketing updates, assist with printers and hardware, and ensure network connectivity and workstation stability. Fluent German and English (B2) are required, and a valid Swiss work permit is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in German & English (Min B2 Level).

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized.
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
