Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Switzerland to provide first- and second-level support for customers, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed. You will work with vendors on complex AV problems, maintain ticket histories, and assist with installations and troubleshooting across Windows, Office, Cisco Jabber, and Apple devices.

This role is based on-site in Switzerland, with a shift-based schedule and ongoing projects.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Local language German and English fluency.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Schudle visit,on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland .

Tasks

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements

1.Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland

2.Several years of experience in the IT field

3.Local language (German) & English fluency mandatory .
