Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an on-site IT End User Support specialist in Switzerland to assist VIP and executive users and maintain meeting room tech.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobiles, and printers, manage video conferencing equipment, and ensure security standards while delivering proactive user training and onboarding support.

Fluent English and German are required; ITIL/CompTIA A+ or MCP is a plus; minimum 5 years in IT support within a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in IT end-user support, with VIP/executive experience.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS; strong knowledge of Office and conferencing tools.
• Fluent in English and German; ITIL/CompTIA A+/ MCP a plus; multi-cultural environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide prompt IT support to VIP and executive users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, resolve network connectivity and printer problems, and conduct daily morning checks to ensure all meeting rooms are fully functional.
• Incident management: log, prioritize, and resolve service requests via the ITSM system, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor when necessary.
• IT asset management: procure and dispose of IT devices following audit policies, configure new hardware and software, manage video conferencing equipment, ensure security compliance (patching).
• Proactive support & communication: provide one-on-one user training and onboarding, monitor VIP user systems, maintain regular communication regarding resolution progress.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, generate performance reports, adhere to IT policies and security standards.
