Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz (ZG) seeks a System Support Engineer to serve as a technical expert supporting Roche Diagnostic Systems throughout their lifecycle, from development to post-launch.

Responsibilities include installation across development phases, IQ/OQ execution, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, with strong emphasis on quality documentation and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated lab environment.

Competenze

• Engineering or life sciences degree or completed technical vocational training with relevant practical experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (GMP/ISO) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus for Rotkreuz site.

Mansioni

• Serve as technical expert and primary contact for internal customers on service aspects.
• Install Roche Diagnostics systems (hardware/software) across development phases per manuals.
• Perform IQ/OQ, preventive maintenance, and autonomous troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Manage deployment and servicing of various systems and configurations.
• Ensure documentation in accordance with quality standards.
• Provide technical support for global development trials.
