Coopers Group is seeking a technically skilled professional in Rotkreuz to serve as the primary contact for internal customers, installing and servicing Roche Diagnostics systems across development stages.

You will perform IQ/OQ, preventive maintenance, and autonomous troubleshooting in a highly regulated lab environment, with English required and German as a plus for Rotkreuz. GMP/ISO familiarity is beneficial.

Formación

• HF or university degree in an engineering or life sciences discipline
• Initial experience in, or willingness to work in, a highly regulated industry and in laboratories with biosafety levels S1 and S2
• First hands-on experience in a technical or mechanical occupation
• Customer- and service-oriented team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, autonomous and proactive
• English proficiency essential; German a plus for Rotkreuz site

Responsabilidades

• Manage the deployment and servicing of various systems and their specific configurations
• Ensure comprehensive documentation in accordance with established quality standards
• Provide technical support for global development trials

Your tasks:

• Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for internal customers regarding all service aspects

• Install Roche Diagnostics systems (hardware and software) across all development phases—including early prototypes—as well as according to installation manuals in the Roche Diagnostics Knowledge (RDK) database

• Perform system qualifications (IQ/OQ), execute preventive maintenance, and conduct autonomous troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues

• Manage the deployment and servicing of various systems and their specific configurations

• Ensure comprehensive documentation in accordance with established quality standards

• Provide technical support for global development trials

Your Profile:

• HF or university degree in an engineering or life sciences discipline (e.g., Medical Devices, Electronics/Automation, Mechatronics) or completed technical vocational training with relevant practical experience

• Initial experience in, or clear willingness to work in, a highly regulated industry and in laboratories with biosafety levels S1 and S2

• First hands-on experience in a technical or mechanical occupation

• Customer- and service-oriented team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, featuring an autonomous and proactive work style

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; German is a plus for the Rotkreuz site

Nice to Haves:

• Basic knowledge of network administration and IT troubleshooting

• Prior experience servicing diagnostic instruments or involvement in equipment management

• Practical experience resolving technical issues across interdisciplinary setups (hardware, software, and laboratory workflows)

• Previous experience working in a GMP or ISO-regulated environment
