Job summary

Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz invites an experienced System Support Engineer to join the team on a 12-month contract. The role demands strong technical expertise for internal customers and hands-on installation of Roche systems across development stages.

You will perform IQ/OQ qualifications, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting while ensuring thorough documentation. English is essential; German is a plus for Rotkreuz, with travel up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

HF or university degree in engineering or life sciences, or technical vocational training with practical experience.
Willingness to work in a highly regulated environment and in biosafety labs (S1/S2).

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for internal customers regarding all service aspects.
Install Roche Diagnostics systems (hardware and software) across development phases according to installation manuals.
Perform IQ/OQ qualifications, preventive maintenance, and autonomous troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
Manage deployment and servicing of systems and their configurations.
Ensure documentation aligned with quality standards.
Provide technical support for global development trials.
