Job summary

Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz is seeking a System Support Engineer for a 12-month contract. You will install systems, run IQ/OQ, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across development phases.

You will deploy and service various configurations while ensuring quality documentation and providing global trial support. Fluent English is required; German is a plus for Rotkreuz site.

Qualifications

• HF or university degree in an engineering or life sciences field.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (S1/S2 biosafety) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with technical or mechanical work.
• Customer- and service-oriented with proactive approach.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus for Rotkreuz.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert and primary contact for internal customers.
• Install Roche Diagnostics systems across development phases.
• Perform IQ/OQ, preventive maintenance, and autonomous troubleshooting.
• Manage deployment and servicing of systems and configurations.
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards.
• Provide technical support for global development trials.
