Job summary

ITech Consult is seeking a System Support Engineer (m/f/d) for a major pharmaceutical client in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will be the technical expert supporting Roche Diagnostic Systems from development to post-launch, across hardware, software, and IT configurations, in a highly regulated GMP environment.

The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification or university degree in engineering or life sciences, with 1–3 years hands-on experience, and demonstrates proactive troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• Recognized vocational qualification (EFZ) in Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field or tertiary engineering degree.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical service or maintenance environments.
• Strong aptitude for practical problem-solving and systematic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert and primary contact for internal customers on service aspects.
• Install Roche Diagnostics systems (hardware and software) across development phases.
• Perform IQ/OQ, preventive maintenance, and autonomous troubleshooting and repair of hardware/software.
