Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or Business.
• Significant commercial leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare, cardiovascular, or related industry.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and business performance within a complex healthcare environment.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute country business plans designed to achieve sales growth, profitability objectives, and market share expansion.
• Establish sales targets based on market opportunities, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
• Define and implement sales strategies and tactical plans to maximize market penetration across the Structural Heart portfolio.
• Own and manage all aspects of the country P&L, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and expense objectives.
• Monitor SG&A expenditures and variable selling costs to optimize business performance and profit margins.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers against operating plans and strategic objectives.
