Abbott Switzerland is seeking a Country Manager Structural Heart Switzerland to maximize revenue, profitability, and market penetration. You will lead a high-performing commercial organization, develop growth plans, and strengthen relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders to position Abbott as the partner of choice in structural heart therapies.

You will align local execution with regional and global strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance and patient-focused execution

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience within medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience managing revenue growth and P&L responsibilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and commercial plans.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent business acumen with budget and profitability oversight.
• Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare market dynamics.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel in Switzerland and internationally.

• Develop and execute country business plans to achieve sales growth and market share.

• Define and implement sales strategies to maximize structural heart penetration.
• Own and manage the country P&L, revenue, profitability, and expenses.

• Identify market opportunities and manage business risks proactively.

• Foster accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure Abbott compliance, quality standards, and ethical conduct.
• Represent Abbott at customer meetings, industry events, and scientific congresses.
