Abbott's Structural Heart division in Switzerland seeks a Country Manager Structural Heart Switzerland to lead the Swiss Structural Heart business, maximize revenue and profitability, and own the country P&L.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare, cardiovascular, or related industry.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and business performance in a complex healthcare environment.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies and commercial plans.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, opportunities and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated negotiation, sales and business development expertise.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting, expenses and profitability objectives.
• Knowledge of medical device products, clinical environments, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Commitment to compliance, quality, integrity and ethical business conduct.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland and internationally.
