Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Zurich, Switzerland, seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to lead root cause analyses in GIS quality cases and drive improvements across multiple customers. You will own complaints, manage larger quality projects, and present findings to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to implement sustainable solutions in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Competenze

5 years of experience in electrical power systems, with O&M/TD systems knowledge.
Background in quality function or project management in GIS/TD equipment.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
Experience in commissioning TD systems is a plus.
Fluent English; German or another language is beneficial.
Experience in quality management or project management is advantageous.
Good communication and cultural sensitivity.

Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases.
