Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Zurich is seeking a Team Leader Customer Quality to act as the primary interface between customers and the GIS organization on quality issues. You will guide the team to address complex quality challenges and drive continuous improvement across the GIS portfolio.

You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Service to translate the Voice of the Customer into sustainable product and process enhancements, while leading audits and ensuring KPI

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in quality management.
Established background in quality within high-voltage equipment or GIS products.
Fluent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach the GIS Customer Quality team to a customer-focused culture.
Serve as senior quality interface for customers, managing complaints and escalations.
Drive resolution of complex quality issues with R&D, Engineering, Product Management and Operations.
Provide leadership for root cause investigations and preventive actions.
Translate Voice of the Customer into tangible product and process improvements.
Support organizational change initiatives related to quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction and COPQ to drive improvements.
