Job summary

Conga is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the DACH region from Switzerland. You will manage new business and expand existing enterprise accounts, building executive relationships and leading complex multi-stakeholder deals.

You will work with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to move deals from prospecting through close in a remote-first setup. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Prospecting experience is required.
• Enterprise sales experience in the DACH region is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings 3–5 per week.
• Deliver executive presentations 2–3 per week.
• Prepare business cases and RFP responses.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline 2× per week.
• Coach accounts' champions and drive closure initiatives.
