Zusammenfassung

SIX is seeking an Onsite Supporter for our Zurich Workplace IT team. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on stable IT services, end‑user support, and close collaboration with central IT and external partners. Based at Hardturmstrasse 201, 8005.

You will manage 2nd level support, IMACD activities, device lifecycle, and documentation while ensuring high service levels and user satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of onsite IT support or service desk experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on skills with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with hardware rollout and lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of AD/Azure AD and basic Intune tasks.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite 2nd level support for Windows 11 clients and standard workplace services.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ITSM with escalation coordination.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD user and access management.
• Operate printers, meeting rooms, and collaboration tech (Teams Rooms, VC).
• Support Endpoint Management (Intune) for enrollment and compliance.
• Contribute to workplace standardization and lifecycle management.
• Assist with rollouts, pilots, and refresh cycles with central teams.
• Document solutions, processes, and how-tos accurately.
• Collaborate with 3rd level engineering and external partners.
• Support small workplace IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as onsite counterpart for central initiatives and standards.
