Zusammenfassung

Neura Robotics in Zurich is seeking an IT Support & Operations Engineer to be the IT Champion on site for the Zurich office (~100 people). You’ll manage Windows, Mac, M365, and Linux devices, printers, and local network connectivity.

As the single point of contact you’ll troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed to the central team in Riederich, handle onboarding/offboarding, and document recurring problems for pattern-based action.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification or a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Several years of hands-on IT support experience across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and M365 administration (users, groups, MFA, licensing).
• Experience with AD-joined Linux clients.
• Comfort troubleshooting local network issues – connectivity, WLAN, and basic switch configuration.
• Independent, structured way of working; comfortable being the sole IT person in the room.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken (B2 or higher).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Riederich headquarters for onboarding and team events.

Aufgaben

• Single Point of Contact: be the go-to IT person for NEURA's Zurich office – responsive and visible.
• Windows, Mac & M365: keep devices healthy, provisioning, basic Intune/Entra ID tasks, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Linux: support AD-joined Linux devices, diagnostics, and access issues.
• Peripherals & Printers: set up, maintain, and troubleshoot peripherals and printers.
• Local Networking: monitor and troubleshoot the site’s enterprise network and connectivity.
• Smart Escalation: distinguish issues to fix locally vs. escalate to central team with context.
• Device & User Lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, keeping devices deployment-ready, record maintenance.
• Vendor Coordination: liaise with local vendors for hardware, networking equipment, and printer maintenance.
• Process & Documentation: follow and refine central IT processes; document recurring issues for pattern-based action.
