Connect44 Sarl in Zürich is seeking a determined IT Help Desk Support Engineer to join a hands-on, team-oriented IT team. You will provide workplace technology support, install and configure Windows/macOS PCs, assist with office software, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will also manage AV and meeting room equipment, monitor servers and network devices, and support VIP video meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-3+ years hands-on IT desktop support and infrastructure operations.
• Strong in diagnosing hardware issues and OS/software support.
• Solid understanding of LAN architecture and network protocols.

Aufgaben

• Provide workplace technology support, OS install/config, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Maintain meeting room AV and office network hardware; assist in server room/infrastructure tasks.
• Support VIP and regular meetings; assist IT project deployments and go-live testing.
• Document network diagrams, asset inventories, and configuration records.
