Rothschild & Co seeks an IT Service Delivery professional to join the on-site team in Zürich. You will provide Modern Workplace support, manage devices, and assist colleagues with Microsoft technologies while collaborating with service providers to maintain high-end workplace services.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, proactive learning, and effective communication in German and English, within a collaborative finance environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed ICT apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.

Aufgaben

• Modern Workplace Support: provide support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint services.
• Device & Asset Management: manage laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals lifecycle.
• Mobile Device Management: support mobile devices via Intune, MDM, and MAM solutions.
• Identity & Access Management: support user accounts, group memberships, and Entra ID access.
• Onsite & Remote Support: deliver first-line and onsite support via phone, email, ticketing tools and in person.
