Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of IT support experience, English language required.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, networks, and Citrix.
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL are a plus.
• Experience with logging and tracking issues in ServiceNow or similar tool.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first contact for technical assistance by phone or email, with on-site and remote support.
• Manage Workstations, Office 365 Admin and Windows OS.
• Support anti-virus software and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in IT-related projects and follow up on issues to resolution.
• Maintain AD accounts for new starters, leavers and access rights.
• Provide remote support via phone and remote connection.
• Ensure IT security practices and data management guidance.
• Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
