Qualifikationen

• Completed basic IT training (e.g., ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ)
• Initial professional IT support or service desk experience
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and solution-oriented support
• Ability to properly record, prioritise, document tickets and forward them
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Patience, communication skills, professional appearance
• Excellent German (spoken/written) and good English

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for customers via phone and written requests
• Classify and resolve simple faults in 1st level support
• Escalate complex issues with structured handover to 2nd level
• Keep customers informed during maintenance windows or major faults
• Assist with on-site deployments, dispatching and licence management
