Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in IT Service Desk or site support.
• Experience supporting international users and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Triage and escalate incidents per SLA with documented tickets.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding with HR and centralized IT.
• Support executive and VIP meetings including AV systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities, and IT teams.
