Job summary

ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks an experienced Service Desk Operations Site Lead in Zug, Switzerland. You will deliver reliable on-site IT support, manage executive and VIP requests, and lead conference room AV and collaboration systems to enable hybrid work.

You will coordinate with centralized IT for global standards, support EU offices, and drive continuous improvement in local IT services while maintaining strong service delivery and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years in IT Service Desk, Desktop or Site Support.
• Experience providing high-touch executive and VIP support.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, facilities HR and IT stakeholders.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise video conferencing and AV technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, devices, and connectivity.
• Triage, resolve or escalate incidents per SLA; maintain ticket documentation.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission workstations and devices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding in coordination with HR.
• Maintain local IT assets, lifecycle, warranty, and refresh schedules.
• Provide hands-on support for M365, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.
• Deliver high-priority VIP support for executives and VIPs.
• Support video conferencing, AV, and collaboration systems for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with centralized IT for travel readiness, VPN, MFA and remote access.
• Lead conference room technology upgrades and standardization.
• Maintain conference room standards, docs and procedures.
• Act as on-site escalation for IT operations; identify improvements.
