The role covers hardware diagnostics, device swapping, network checks, AV/VC, staging of new devices via Intune/Autopilot, asset-tagging, and end-of-life processes, requiring strong English and German

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on IT support experience, deskside or field.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting for laptops, docking stations, printers, and AV/VC setups.
• Fluent English plus German language skills (B2+).

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals.
• Perform physical device swaps and coordinate warranty dispatch when needed (Lenovo preferred).
• Execute local network troubleshooting including Wi‑Fi issues and AV/VC checks.
• Support server room walk-throughs and visual inspections as requested.
• Deliver executive-level on-site support for local offices, including VIP meetings.
• Manage staging of new devices (unbox, asset-tag, enroll via Intune/Autopilot).
• Coordinate device decommissioning and secure data wiping.
• Maintain local device stock and coordinate replenishment with Workplace team.
