Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Service Desk Operations Site Lead to deliver reliable on-site IT support and act as the primary accountability for local IT services. The role covers end-user support, site infrastructure, video conferencing, and facilities‑adjacent IT activities while aligning with global IT standards across EU offices and US/global teams.

Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Site Support operations with ownership of local IT services.
• Experience providing remote support to international users and global offices is preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary on‑site IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Triage, resolve, and elevate incidents and service requests per SLA, with accurate ticket documentation.
• Provision and decommission user workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities in coordination with HR and centralized IT teams.
• Maintain local IT asset inventories, lifecycle management, and warranty tracking.
• Provide hands‑on support for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and enterprise apps.
• Lead executive and VIP IT support, including AV and conferencing requirements for meetings and events.
