Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive, Manufacturing, for Switzerland, to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will lead a large, distributed account team, shaping global plans, and driving the full sales cycle across existing and new customers.

You’ll combine manufacturing industry knowledge with strategic account management, helping customers unlock the value of the Salesforce platform. Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of solution and technology selling within strategic/global accounts.
• Deep understanding of business and technology needs of manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus for Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Build and co-own global account plans to maximize revenue and close complex deals with C-level executives.
• Grow senior relationships across new buyers and Salesforce executives to enable strategic value.
• Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline to contract close with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast activity and revenue while showcasing the Salesforce platform through demos and events.
