Job summary

Salesforce in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Manufacturing, to own a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts in the manufacturing industry. You will lead a distributed account team and act as the executive owner of the customer relationship, setting the global account strategy and driving the full sales cycle.

You bring deep manufacturing experience, a track record of complex, multi-stakeholder deals, and the ability to articulate executive value propositions.

Qualifications

• Proven record of solution and technology selling in strategic/global accounts.
• Experience with large manufacturing enterprises and executive engagements.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a strong advantage for Switzerland-based role.

Responsibilities

• Define, co-own, and execute global account strategies that maximize long-term revenue.
• Shape and close large, complex, multi-threaded deals with C-level executives across manufacturing.
• Build and sustain trusted executive relationships across new buyers and business domains.
• Lead and align Salesforce teams to deliver winning deal execution and accurate forecasts.
